His works were very polite and respectful. Scoot gave me a cheaper bid than any other contractor I called. He didn’t have any hidden charges like the other companies I called did. He gave me one flat price and stuck to it. Even when the job required more material, he didn’t charge any extra.I was worried at at first because it was so much cheaper. But I had my Cusin come by “who was a HVAC tech for 15’s” to check their work. He was very impressed. He said they had A1 craftsmanship and he’s a perfectionist, so he doesn’t give praise lightly. All in all from the very start to the end they were professional and courteous.He even came by about a week later to check out. The pressures on the outside unit. I have a Home Warranty contract and the technician they sent out diagnosed that the thermostat was bad and the unit needed a new control board. The warranty company would not cover the repair and so I called Scott. He came the same day to look at the air conditioner and found that not only was the thermostat not bad, the control board did not need to be changed and someone had cut a wire from the thermostat to the condenser unit. Put a new ac and heat system in my slidell home almost 10 years ago. Trustwrthy north shore/south shore HVAC comp.  New orleans Affordable Air conditioner  Covington , Mandeville ac. No issues with our ac and heating system in 10 years. Scotts Air Care llc Was only hvac contractor that encouraged us to get other prices from state mechanical contractors only .
